I hired the company to do the duct clean for the heater/aircondition in our house at the beginning of Jan., 2009. After the clean, the heater/aircondition can't suck in air from the ducts (the returns) they cleaned, therefore the heater can't work. We hired a technician to check the heater and found the two returns of the heater have been blocked. We called the Oxy Fresh INC. The owner, Mr. Nirmal 'Josh', came to check it and said they would be back. After that, they never show up and also don't answer my phone calls or answer our messages. Till now, the heater still doesn't work due to no air can get in the returns.
