Last week a man came to my door selling the Advantage Wonder Cleaner.
He demonstrated how well it worked and guarented that it would remove
pet odors from my carpeting. One of the bottles even has that written on the
label. But he strongly recommended that I purchase the citrus one.
He was out selling during the same time tornadoes were ripping through
Minnesota and North Dakota, that affected my family. He never quit talking,
and he spoke very rapidly. He did not even quit for a moment when a child
came over needing to talk to me. I bought a bottle and tried it out soon
after. Within a few days, the odor was back, even stronger. The guy lied to me.
I have no complaint about it's ability to clean up dirt. But I don't need a $40
bottle of cleaner to shampoo my carpets or clean the toilet. I am disgusted
with the salesman and the company, but since the fine print says no verbal
agreements I realize that there is nothing I can do about it.
