The Meticulous Maid and Janitorial Services Pamela Leadingham refused to send me my pay check, threatend me when I asked for my paycheck, DOES not drug test her employees like said, does NOT background check, accused me of stealing her american express card whe Internet

After quitting due to poor treatment and low pay and fallacies said by the owner I asked when I could receive my pay check. She ignored my calls as well as text and when I kept calling she text me saying " she had no idea who this was" that I don't deserve a paycheck, that someone stole her debit card and I seem " money desperate" since I asked for my paycheck. She threatened me because I told her it's been a month since I got my check. She also made me clean her house multiple times for 9 dollars an hour. Her brochures said that all maids are drug tested and have a background check done. I can assure you she did not drug me test me once and as far as I know, never did a background check . She also hired one volatile employee who I heard say VERBATIM " if she accuses my kid of lying again I'll make sure her little newborn baby doesn't wake up, she's gonna find that little baby not breathing".  She doesn't check a majority of her jobs,runs her business out of her dining room.She has very poor communication skills and does not INSURE OR BOND employees , as far as I know I wasn't. She treats her employees VERY poorly. She does nothing for her business. Employees are paid $9.00p/hr and we picked up all flyers, delivered all flyers, cleaned all houses, checked all houses while she sits at home on her computer a majority of the time.Do not seek business from this woman. Customer service and quality is exactly what you would expect from someone whose business is run out off a kitchen table and by maid who only get $9.00p/hr and who are told they need to be done in 2 hours to keep her from paying them too much. She also stole a picture from a different meticulous maid , started before her business and claims it to be her original design
