TR Resoration Air Duct and Carpet TR Carpet Not a Clue On Eng. Wood or Travertine Floor Care Reseda, California

This company had ruined my Wood and Travertine Flooring.They have come out twice to clean and seal them. They told me that the Eng. Wood need a sealer on it and now I have found out that my warranty is probably voided because they should have never put a sealer on Eng.Wood. All 2000 Sq ft of it looks like they used a old mop to put the sealer on. I had the third appointment to let them try again but they were no shows, then the set it up for a few days later and again no show.

The management will not answer phone calls or E-Mail. We have had a different company come out  and look at the floor and they want $945 to remove the sealer from the travertine and they said they would not touch the wood floor and didn't know a company that would because of the liability. I have already sent $1,200 and they won't give me my money back either.

I have sent several E-Mails and Phone calls and I get no responce. I even told them if they come out and remove the sealer that I would accept that. At this point our hands are tied. And we will have to hire another company to come and clean up thier mess.
