Desparate to stop smoking I saw the Ad for Anne Penman Laser Therapy. The idea behind the therapy is the use of a Laser Light on different points on your body to stimulate endorphin production making it easier to quit smoking. After two treatments I realized this was a scam, there was no difference in paying the $299 for the treatment than going Cold Turkey. Worse, when I asked the owner of the clinic for an adjustment to my charges, he refused and was really nasty on the phone adopting the "customer is never right attitude". They also claim weight loss can be achieved with this therapy. Beware. Hope others out there share my views and we can get a nice class action lawsuit against them.

I see this same company advertising frequently on Boston TV, and I always wonder "how the hell does shining a laser up your nose make you stop smoking?"

At least now I know it isn't by sealing you up.

Vincent failed to mention in his report that he is still smoke free! When he called he demanded
his money from our technician. She put me on the phone and I asked Vincent if he was smoking. He said no but it is not due to the laser treatment. I explained the goal of our program is to make you smoke free and he by his own admission was smoke free.

Our program has many satisfied customers. We are approximately 64% successful. This is about 8 to 10 times better than most other stop smoking programs.

This program is not a magic bullet ! It helps you through the nicotine withdrawal and the cravings. We also give our customers guidenance and advice on how to get through the first few days. We have a 24 hour helpline....which Vincent did not use !

We are very customer oriented and have gone the extra mile for many customers who have had a difficult time but, they are now smoke free.
Vincent has a third treatment which he can use anytime in the future.

son's success

My advice to you is to use your third treatment. My son quit smoking using this company's program. He said it was that third treatment that truly made him FEEL like a nonsmoker even though he did not smoke after his first treatment. He did mention he had a few days of irritation and aggrevation but certainly not the 3 to 4 months that his father and I had trying to quit cold-turkey.

I quit smoking on April 26th thanks to the wonderful folks at Anne Penman Laser Therapy. I walked in a pack-a-day smoker and walked outa non-smoker after one session . It's been six months now and I know I'm never going back. I've tried other methods over the years. This one works.

I have tried at least 5 different approaches to quitting smoking and none worked for me. For the first time in 30 years I have not smoked in 4 days. I think I have beaten this smoking addiction with the Anne Penman therapy and frankly-I did not think it was going to work. Arlene Tucson AZ

Being a smoker for 7 years now a pack a day, i have quit with anne penman lazer therapy.  Was Vincent even ready to quit.  No one put a cigarette up to his mouth and said smoke it but him.  Yes there is a difference between this and cold turkey.  I think Vincent didnt want to pay the money... It is totally worth the rest of your life and being smoke free finally... And he is smoke free... idiot just wanted his money back... cheap.... absolutely worth it

I just came across this acticle and see that it was written 5 years ago and that location of Anne Penam no longer exists.

I think Vincent was looking for someone to blame if he didn't quit but according to his statement to the other poster he had quit.

I will celebrate my 5 year quitaversary in a couple of days and have recomended Anne penman laser often. I only did two sessions and have not smoked since the first one. I can tell you IT DOES work. I had tried many times and ways to quit.

It must work if they have been around as long as they have in other cities. It would be interesting to know if Vincent is still not smoking.
