In February I contracted for 16 sessions of hair removal for $600. I paid  in advance with Laser Bella Hair removal.  After 10 sessions my apppointment was cancelled by email.  Now phone is only answered by machine, no calls returned.  I went to the office 3 times and it was locked.  Must have left in the middle of the night.  I am out my money and cannot locate anyone to give refund.  Reported to Better Business Bureau but they said they cannot help as mail is returned.  The doctor whose name is on the door is not listed anywhere.

Does any one know how to find these people?
