Orthopedic Medical Group medical malpractice rip-off Malibu California

This company has had many complaints against them with medical malpractices, wrongful deaths, and high costs of medications. The owner (Lisa D'Ambrosio) and husband (Dr. Francis D'Ambrosio) are no longer allowed to practice in the state of Nevada and they have moved to Malibu, California and began their practice once again and since have had numerous lawsuits against them. Pharmaceutical drugs are stored in their home (Corporate Office) without a DEA license and the FBI has no knowledge of this, but recently has been informed regarding this matter.

Patients have been prescribed medications which they (the patients) are allergic to such as Vicodin which is a dangerous drug and the patient cannot take Vicodin. Their errors have been discovered, but still, they constantly continue to prescribe medications which patients don't really need in order to continue charging the insurance company(ies).

BOTTOM LINE: Corporate Office is a home business and owners are on the run.
