I AM FINALLY GETTING 80% OF MY MONEY BACK. AFTER PAYPAL INSTRUCTED ME TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE SELLER, I MADE 2 PHONE CALLS BUT WITH NO RESULTS. SO I EMAILED HER A QUITE A FEW TIMES, FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF ALASKA, WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION,CONSUMER FRAUD REPORTING AND INTERNET CRIME COMPAINT CENTER.
DID EVERYTHING ABOVE BOARD AND LEGAL.
HER RESPONSE WAS TO MAKE A FALSE POLICE REPORT STATING I CALLED HER 27 TIMES AND THREATENED HER, AFTER A CALL FROM MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT I WAS ABLE TO PRODUCE MY PHONE RECORDS AND EMAILS TO PROVE SHE FILED A FALSE REPORT. THE CASE WAS CLOSED
