I bought used clothing from this guy, he said he shipped 57,000lbs for me, well first off, he only shipped less than 37,000lbs.  Of the 37,00lbs he shipped, less than 3% was good.  I stupidly paid him for another goods....well a deposit for second container $10,000 and when the first container got there the total lost was more than $40,000...For those who do not know this man, please do not do business with him unless you are willing to take a loss.  But if you are must, just make sure you are present when he load the goods, BUT NEVER give him a deposit...he will not send you anything or if he do, he will send you a rag that you will not be able to do anything with. Below was my last communication with him.  He has a lot of websites and knows how to sweet talk people into sending him money. Don't be a victim like me, stay away from this guy. Hi Pat,

and expense????  I don't like flying, I flew to that place to see
nothing remotely close to what we talked about.  ( Shirts, baby
rummage, and tshirts).  Everything there was seconds, and I do not have
market for seconds. You never told me you are selling seconds, and I
asked you,  you said you do not sell seconds that you sell only the
best.
  Adam please tell me that what I have just went through was a
mistake. Money is not every thing in life but if we hold truth to our

I am still waiting for the refund of $10,000 I deposited with you
against three used clothing items (shirt, baby rummage and tshirt).

Or the goods you said you will give me last week for the $10,000.

 

It is always not a good idea to litigate a business transaction, but counting on the fact 

that the first goods I bought from you was not what you said it was:

 

You said it was summer mix, but it was a mixture of sweater,
jackets thick items that can not be sold in Africa, warned out shoes
with no value, worn out bags with no value.

 

You said that the weight was 57,000lbs, but when weighed in Lome,
it come out to only 37,000 and a few pounds.of which only 16,250lbs was
good.

Basically, the cost and freight of the first container you sent to Lome was a total lost I lost about $20,000.

 

You should know that if i commence an action to retrieve my loses
and my $10,000 from you, it will cost me and it will cost you a lot of
money too.  I can assure you that I will not leave any stone
unturned in my effort to get my money back if you leave me no other
choice. I am a reasonable man, and I hope you are too and will do the
right thing.  It will not be good for both of our names to be all over
the news and Internet, I think that will be bad for business. 

 

I want you to remember that I am a United States of American
Citizen, and all of my transaction with you was through wire transfer
and wire fraud is a federal offence. I also want you to know that it
will cost you more than $10,000 to even get close to where you are now
if we start to fight this. Don't forget that this is a case for FBI to
investigate if we let it go that far.

 

I respectfully ask you to refund me my $10,000 so that I give it
to the customer that deposited it. If you refuse, you will leave me no
option but to proceed with an effort to get my money back. As you know
by now, I always tell it like it is, and you know I will follow through
with what I say I will do.
