Just as described in earlier reports back east. Fracesco has set up shop in Las Vegas claiming to be from fashion store inside Belligio Hotel and needing cash  to cover rent a car contract, vehicle with Arizona Plates. He's crusing Bank Atm's, when I noticed him sizing me up, as he drove past me after getting out of car and up to outside ATM machine. Returning to my car, I find him parked next to me. He called me over for direction and the rest is history! Same exact presentation as the eailer reports aas to flying home, avoidig tariffs, etc . Got 4 coats 1 blk 3 tan  $230, a bargin considering some east coat reports, but afterall this is the frigging desert , don't U know .
