Apparel Planet - Chris Fleish dishonest, ripoff, bills at order not when product sent, unavailable for comment, nonresponsive to followup emails Internet

On 4/24/06 I placed an initial order for t-shirts for our scout troop from "Apparel Planet.com". On 4/25/06 I emailed the contact, "Christopher Fleisch" to let him know I would like to revise my order to order more shirts and get a logo on front and back.

The initial order was for $71.12. Chris emailed me back stating I could revise my order. I changed the order with several emails back and forth regarding the logo, color, etc.

Around the second weekin May I received the credit card statement indicating he had bill for the first and second order although I still had not received any shirts. I contacted him by phone and he stated he needed the credit card number to credit the account, and the shirts would be mailed out within the week.

We did receive the revised order of shirts. At this point our Scout Troop had 5 new scouts join and I email Chris to see if we could get additional shirts for the new scouts since the screen printer already had our design. He emailed back to say that would be fine.

On 6/2/06 I placed another order which came out to $72.20. We have never received these shirts but were billed automatically upon ordering. Also, he never credited the initial $71.12.
