BikinisGuide Ltd did not ship or deliver ordered product-took $ out acct next day-no answer to email-no phone # listed, Internet

Ordered "designer" swimsuits from retailer.  The money was debited out of my acct the following day. After the 7 day period to process order a email was sent for follow-up. The only email we received came back with the response of "closed for 2 weeks for training" to "check back then". Their site claims all emails are responded to in 24 hours. When we checked back the response went to zero.

2 emails a day were sent over a 2 week period, never a response. The website lists no customer service # or any # for that fact. 6 weeks later and my order still shows as "processing". The company is listed as overseas and therefore charges a ridiculous amount for shipping. Buyer beware of this site and any other claiming they sell designer for one third the price. I should have known!
