I bought a pair of UGG brand boots from http://www.bootsonsalenow.net/. I received a pair of imitation UGG boots in a brown box in the mail. I tried to contact the seller from the "Contact Us" link on their website, but when you click on the link, it does not go anywhere. There is no phone number on the site. I would like a refund, but I dont have any way to contact them. Buyer Beware!

PS: I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old niece.

Hi All,
I entered a complain earlier about this company. I just want to update my entry and say that I'm not 100% that the boots are an imitation. I thought they were because of the brown cardboard box they came in. But they might be authentic. My only warning at this time is you cannot get in contact with the company from their website, so buyer beware.
