Chadwicks charges extra ripoff shipping charges West Bridgewater Massachusetts

Didn't deliver product ..... The website makes the following claim (copied & pasted directly with no editting): For express delivery packages, your merchandise will arrive within 3-4 business days if you submit your order by 3:00pm EST Monday - Thursday. If you place your order between Friday and Sunday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday, and you will receive your order within 3-4 business days. However, I placed an order & it took SEVEN days, not three-four to get my order. When I questioned them, they informed me (twice) that it regularly takes longer than the stated time to deliver the order, and that they take 24-48 hours to even ship the orders. When asked why the website states differently, they had no explanation and refused to correct the fraudulent claims the website makes. Evidently, "expedited shipping" means they take even more money than the shipping rates they normally charge (which are more than actual shipping), but don't actually expedite to the level the website promises. (Regular shipping is stated as 6 - 10 days) When asked if they would do better next time if I gave them the opportunity to ship another order, I was told they make no guarantees. Interesting, as the website does. Stay very far away from companies such as this who promise the world to get your order and then reneg.
