Hi I have also purchased items from her and for her to just send me envelopes of papers...because i was new to ebay at the time i didn't know that they had a certain time frame to file disputes and for me to file a police report in canada i would have to los angels to file a criminal complaint but i did file a mail fraud with usps against her and which you can also do so because in reality she is a theif...i still have the usps mail that she sent me with the custom's form that filled out stated the contents are "documents"...and also have kept all her email corresponants...if there's enough claims on her I want to bring it to the attention of KCAL 9 news because she does deal with some B list celebrities and this is a major deal for her to be dishonest and we need to bring light to this so her clients know who exactly they are dealing with.
