Countess Galina The Countess of fraud: Should she be shot or deported? California?

I have never been so outraged and disgusted by this"Countess" Galina!
I have sent her the total amount of U.S.$79.99 for a hat stand(plus shipping,which added up to N.Z.!29.00),on the 13th of this last december2007,and have been waiting patiently for the item with no success!
At first,the e-mails travelled,but with a condescending air of superiority,which she had reminded me to wait for two-three months maximum,as it was mentioned in her Vintagestudio website,as I had overloked it.But then after that period of time and another polite e-mail of mine(with a photo of myself dressed as 1920 flapper girl taken while an Art Deco Fetival in Napiers,New Zealand,as I compared my dress to the ones she advertised and thought that we had a lot in common!!!),she informed me that she had ordered the special crystals for the hat stand,and was waiting for them.Since then(that was about last may-june of this year),I have sent numerous inquisitive e-mails,and have never heard from her again!!!
Being in New Zealand,it is quite difficult to contact the authorities in the U.S.
All I wanted was a refund,no matter when.Now,I am so angry at Galina that I hope that she will face up to her dishonesty,and pay the penalty for trying to defraud and hurt people.
She has given a bad reputation to the trade commerce between the U.S.and abroad,and should be punished accordingly.....................
