First and last time experience on Ioffer.com. While inquiring about Purchasing a jacket, got responses immediately. Paid immediately, and when I asked about shipping time, took quite a while to respond. I paid through paypal and seller told me his account was messed up, and he tried to refund my $$$ but could not. I called paypal, and they told me $$ had cleared into seller's account. Then I get a nasty email from seller,,
I filed a complaint with paypal which does take 30 days.

Ioffer cannot begin to compare other online trading....very archaic and no protection whatsoever for the hapless buyers.
