I ordered a pair of shoes from Itallershoes at www.itallershoes.com company trusting them since they are one of Google sponsors when you search for elevator shoes. The company has a return policy that states if they don't fit you can send them back in undamaged un tagged condition for an exchange for a different size or refund. "Return/exchange products must arrive at the store undamaged in salable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. " Well bought a pair of shoes and they didn't fit when i tried them on in my living room on carpet. They did not fit me as they were a half size to big. So i sent them back requesting the new pair of shoes in a half size smaller. The company never replied or sent shoes. So after a few weeks i called and left a few messages. They finally replied via email and stated "We received your voice mail about your order. We have rechecked your returned shoes and there are lines of foldings on the upper of the shoes. We could not accept exchange of shoes in this condition. We can only accept a paid exchange for your case which is 50% restocking + shipping." These are elevator shoes so when you try them on they naturally bend the leather upward because there is a 1 inch stilt in the bottom of the shoe raising your heel. These shoes were never worn and i replied to them to check the bottom of the shoes for scratches or any signs of wearing them. They will now not return my phone calls or email. Itallershoes and www.itallershoes.com is a complete rip off and i would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from them.

I'm customer support manager from iTallershoes.com. The content of the report is not true. Although the shoes returned by Keith Law is not on a resalable condition but I approved a free exchange for his order as I think customer satisfaction is very important to us. I don't understand why Keith Law filed this report. And I also tried to contact Keith Law regarding this issue, but we did not get any response from him.

As ripoffreport.com refuse this remove this unfair report, I have to post this rebuttal here to state that we are committed to provide 100% customer satisfaction, the issue described in this report never happened and will never happen.
