Lane Bryant, Charming Shoppes, Fashion Bug CON ARTISTS, BACK STABBERS, SNEAKY, LAZY, RIPOFF Milford Connecticut

I worked for Lane Bryant for 2 months. This store is a high theft store because there isn't any cameras or security. I worked very hard there at an average of 45+ hours a week. After some time there was rumor that a investigator was coming to watch the store and that we would't be notified. in six months time the store had lost 60,000 in stolen merchandise. i've only been there for two months so mind you that I am still in training and still making a few mistakes here in there. Most of my mistakes was because of no training. i had to train myself because SARA ,the store manager, was never there to properly train me, plus she was new herself. So how can someone that is new themselves with no experience going to train someone new like me. I was a full time key holder.

The investigator showed up on a tuesday and interviewed everyone that was working that day. The investigator had pointed out my mistakes and accused me of stealing money. Ther stategy was to lye and say that the caught you stealing mechandise or money from the registers. I believe the man's name was Joe R. He somehow CONS you into saying that you stole, in reality you didn't. i told him that i was new and did't have much training. He uses a calm nice voice making you believe that everything is okay and that they will work it out with you. I repeatedly said that I was not stealing money nor merchandise. Somehow he got me to write a report on mt mistakes. I was so nervous. It felt like I was getting interrogated but in a nice way which made me more vulnerable. Now I find out that the report that I wrote made me look like i was stealing and I wasn't and the report gets sent to Human Resource which gets posted to employers. This can ruin me for life. I need to get a lwyer. I never experienced anything like that before. They need to be stopped. Losers...
