Lucky Number 17 Screen Printing Pay the money Dont get the prodict These guys are the definition of Ripoff Orlando, Florida

After Paying money upfront to Lucky Number 17, and reading on their site that it take 5-10 days to get shipment of the payed for product we were expecting a fast and good experience.

One month later we only recieved part of the shipment. At this time we tried to contact Luck Number 17 through email,phone call etc. We were promised multiple times that it was on its way and that it was made.

Its now Feb. 7 and still no product. After a phone call with the owners brother I let him know that we made our order and they were paid on Dec 20 2011. He said he doesn't handle that, I would have to talk to his brother. Suprisingly the owner is always at the bank. I then told the brother that I would be filing a chargeback and his reply was " Sounds like a plan Stan". I mean what kind of customer service is that?

I called the owner and left him a message as well as emailed him and still as of today have not had one reply. Do not under any circumstances use this company. I recieved only part of my order and they have all my money. Definition of Ripoff.
