These guys are complete SCUM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If the fake Better Business Bureau logo, poor grammar and shady looking website isn't enough to convince you, read on.

I bought a suit from this company about 2 months ago. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for it. Nothing ever came. Mind you, I live in a big city near LA. I emailed them about this, asking for a tracking number. So they send me a tracking number and I check on UPS's website which says the package was delivered in my city on that same day. So I check the door and nothing is there!

Now i'm thinking UPS lost my package or that it was stolen from my doorstep... in which case (I didn't opt for insurance) I would have been out of luck and MensUSA scum would have my money. So I call UPS and ask for the specific address it was sent to, not just the city. ....... GUESS WHAT? It was a package sent to another address!

I send an email to them, assuming they got my shipping address wrong, and don't get a response. So then I call these fools up at 3 pm on a thursday. They say that they can't help me because their "system" is down for the afternoon.

The next day I get an email in the morning with the subject reading "Refund confirmation ~~~~~~~ Sold OUT" and no text in the body. What the sh*t? I respond asking "Does this mean you never had the item? Does this mean you're refunding my money?" They respond with nothing else except "Yes". No explanation, NOTHING.

So to recap. I buy a suit, they charge my credit card despite not shipping (or perhaps not ever having the item!). 3 weeks later they send me a bogus tracking number hoping that I will assume the item was delivered and stolen so that they can keep my money. I call them out on it, and they offer no explanation (can't even string words together like real human beings). Finally they refund my money.

These guys are the scum of the earth. take your business elsewhere.
