Preparedness Center Bad customer service, Ripped me off of my hard earned money Ukiah California

I ordered a pair of special gloves, size XL, thinking they would fit. After I received them I found they were not the right size, too small. They did not offer any larger size. I contacted the company by email as instructed for a refund, but they would not accept returns unless the product was damaged. I paid $35.00 (24.95 for the gloves) including shipping on a credit card. The order number is 33236 Heated Gloves Warm Hands with Replacement 10 hour Hand & Glove Warmers. I received the gloves, but not the set of warmers like the order indicated. So I not only got ripped off on the glove return, but I did not received all of my order.

I just want my money back for the return of the glove that do not fit. I mentioned the fact that I did not receive the set of warmers in my email, but no response for the company on that. Just that they could not refund my money for the gloves. What kind of a company or business won't refund your money if an item does not fit?!! And shorted me on the order.

When I contacted the company for a RMA number for the return and refund for the gloves, but they said SORRY, no returns unless the item is damaged, Company policy. Maybe there is nothing I can do or you can do. I just want everyboby to know there's a company out there that is not nice to their costomers. I would just like to have my hard earned money back. How would they feel if I did the same thing to them!
