Shop Jerseys Slow Shipping + Wrong Item received = No refund or correct item ordered Internet, Internet

On Dec 29, 2011 I placed an order from http://www.2012nfljerseysnow.com. Shop Jersey states that you will receive order within 7-10 days well it took three weeks for me to receive my order.



I opened my package and noticed that I didn't receive the products that I ordered. I immediately notified Shop Jersey via online chat and via email concerning their mistake.



They were very apologetic and asked that I send pictures of the item to them. After several attempts to get them to ship me the correct item or issue me a refund they were not willing to do either. They were only willing to send me a free gift if I ordered 20 or more items.



Why would I order 20 items if they can't even ship me 2 items correctly. Their policy states that if you are not happy with your order then they will issue a refund, but this statement is not at all accurate. They should tell you that if you are not happy with your order then just deal with it and they will send you a free gift once you spend more money with them.



If you plan to sell items from this site I would not them to send you what you ordered and paid for. I nor anyone that I know will never order from this site again. I found others sites that are a lot faster at shipping and actually ship me what I ordered.
