In September 2009 I purchase something from Northstyles an online clothing store. This was the only purchase. Unfortunately, I did not notice that as of 10-2009 I started being charged $13.95 every month until this month, 9-2011. This is my own fault but.....when I called the company on my bank statement, Shopping Essentials, I was told that I had some kind of membership. I asked why I never received anything in the mail explaining this and they said they had sent an email. When I tried to verifity the email, it was not mine so I never got any notification. In the past week I have talked to 2 managers to get a full refund. They refunded 2 months. The last manager I just talked to told me that my first request was denied but again, I never received a notification of that. She said that she will have to submit my request for a full refund to another department but I could not talk to them and I probably wouldn't get any more money back.
