I ordered a "Chanel" Purse for my daughter for Christmas on 12/18/07. Was told it would ship within 48 hours. They charged my CCard $400+ but I have still not received the purse. They finally emailed me the tracking number on 01/08/08 which was fraudulent and I verified this with the carrier. It is impossible to speak to a human being as they do not answer the phone and if you leave a message you will never hear back from them. If you are lucky you can chat with Jacob or Sindy, if they actually exist and they will tell you to be patient. According to their website shipping takes place within 48 hours after order is placed and if not available you will receive email stating this. BEWARE of this merchant. I am totally exhausted from being patient with them. Also, they have numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Check it out! Just give me back my $$$$
