VICTORIA SECRET Online Purchasing Unreliable customer service is their SECRET Internet

Because of their advertisement, enchanted me to order online to VICTORIA SECRET website and ordered 9 Items in three days time in the month of June 2007.

I received a confirmation that the merchandise has been shipped June 27. June 29 and July 13, 2007 via International Carrier.

As the usual procedure in an internet shopping, the moment you give your Credit Card details, the items you ordered already deducted to your account.

As of this date, September 20, 2007 I didnt received any from my order. I keep on emailing them, informing about the missing shipment which the VICTORIA SECRET Customer Service didnt know the tracking number of all the items shipped.

They keep on apologising for the inconvenience it caused me for never ending waiting for the delivery but they didnt give any effort to locate my order which I doubt that they have no connection to the Carrier Service which the VICTORIA SECRET made.

Month of August, I settled my statement to my Credit Card including the payment given to VICTORIA SECRET hoping that end of July I can get the shipment.

My patience for the delivery has to an end and decided to get my money back and informed VICTORIA SECRET to refund my payment to my savings account number.

VICTORIA SECRET promised me to refund the amount deducted from my credit card which I informed them beforehand that my credit card is no longer available but they insisted that the money has been credited to my account.

Which, I dont trust these people anymore, how will I get my refund to the credit card which is no longer available?

A waste of time for me to go to the bank to inquire for the refund.

I am really upset and disappointed to the VICTORIA SECRET Customer Service

I hope it serves as an eye opener for all the people out there who loves Internet Shopping.

What I've experienced is a moral lesson that, not all "well-known brands are RELIABLE".

My story has no ending yet because I have to check if VICTORIA SECRET is honest enough to return and credit my money to my account.
