Wal-Mart Super Center Very Rude Ponca City Oklahoma

My wife and i went in to walmart to return some kids underwear we went up to the customer service desk they said we could swap them out me and my wife went and got the same kind of underwear on the same rack and the lady scanned the underwear and said there a dollar more i told the lady same color same rack why is it that much and nothing back is that price u need to go and check the price or have someone check it.  She told me no and its not her job i told her u work here right she said yes then its ur job to check my wife started to tell her something and with my wife being pregnant she gets mad fast the lady threw the underwear at her and started laughing so my wife threw it back at her and hit her in the face so she started coming out the customer service area and i got n her face and told her if lay a hand on my wife i will probably regret what im going to do she is pregnant she said so i pushed her against the wall because she grabbed my wife i yeld for the Store Manager at that time a off duty Police officer came and told i watch this unfold and ur going to jail or getting a ticket he said to walmart employee the store manager finally showed up and she was watching it on video and the cop said u could of stop this she said its there policy  not to get involved at that time Dist Manager showed and he got the story he demoted the employee and chewed the store manager and i got a appolgy from dist manager he told me to make a report with the bentonville office as he was doing the same after all that we got the right underwear what is walmart coming to its not cheaper prices it rip the consumer off and screw u
