World Fnancial Network ???? I don't know any They have been listed as a"Third Party" by Chadwicks Clothing Co. and Chadwicks has been charging me for their services Columbus, Ohio

I seldom checked my Chadwicks account, so I have no idea how long I have been charged for "services" from the World finfancil Network. 

Three months ago, I did check and was astonished to see that they have been charging me $14.95 since January for a total of $104.65. 

I have been trying to get this stopped without results.  Chadwicks tells me to talk to World Financial, the phone number they gave me is always busy no matter when or how often I call.

I need help with this.
