I have been working with the local Crunch fitness group for the past 2 months, trying to resolve Over Charges on my bank debit account. My bank statements shows that I was billed 2 times a month for the past 5 months by Crunch.

The first debit was $39.00 at the beginning of the month, and the second debit was $44.00 in the middle of the month. The $39.00 is my set monthly rate with Crunch, I have no idea where this second debit of $44 is coming from. So I decided to call customer service today (for the 3rd time). I was told that my card was used to pay for another member's account.

I did not authorize this, this is Identity theft and Fraud. I have given Crunch the courtesy of 2 months to resolve this issue. I have spent at least 2 days of my personal time trying to resolve this. Due to Crunch's poor customer service I need your help.
