been with upromise for 15 yrs, and since leaving chicago, upromise has not updated any savings since, in 7 yrs. even though i update the info in my acct on a reg basis, list all the store cards like hy vee, yet no savings ever seems to get posted. i call and call, its useless, as well as email, which is also useless. im about ready to close my acct snd get the little in there, and put it in a bank.
