Been going to PI bagel for years. Owner decided that if you do not order anytype of food ,you get absolutely no refills on your coffee and have to pay again. Went their with a friend, she orderred a full breakfast and only a glass of water. I had coffee sitting with her, I asked the waitress for a little more coffee to warm up the cup, she told me I have to pay for it. When I paid and asked to speak to the owner all he said was business was slow and he has to make up for it. Yeah, that will help his business.
