Anderson Crenshaw And Associates - Quantum Alarm Company False information Dallas Texas

Anderson, Crenshaw, & Associates contacted us about a security system that we had with Quantum Alarm in Corpus Christi Texas. They acted like they were lawyers and demanded we pay $742. I kept telling their Secretary Ms. Young that there must be some kind of mistake and that we did not owe any money. She refused to listen or believe me so I kept repeating myself - "we don't owe any money". So she threaten to put a lien on our house and was extremely rude and hung up on me.

So I called Quantum Alarm Company in Corpus Christi and they contacted Anderson, Crenshaw, & Associates and told them we did not owe any money. They still continue to call and harrass us. I finally had to change the phone #. Ms. Young from Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates continued to call and harrass and threaten us knowing we did not owe any money. I hope noone has to go through this horrible experience. We will never use Quantum Alarm again and want anything to do with Anderson, Crenshaw, & Associates.
