This is regarding a 10 year old debt on a car loan that was a voluntary Repo and returned to the dealer
due to economic hardships. Now 10 years later they get a judgment and freeze my only bank account with the little money I had to support my family of 3. They doubled the said due amount and now I am unable to use the bank account.
I cannot even close it .

I would talk to a lawyer about this matter. If the car was returned to the dealer then this agency has no right to freeze your bank account. I would get a lawyer and have hm handle this for you.
