On or about 9-24-09, our company, Amazing Web Design Services contacted Don Nicodemos with Carson Rose & Associates regarding a few accounts that were possibly in need of collection services. Mr. Nicodemos was explained to, in extensive detail, about the accounts and assured us that they were able to assist us without any problem. Mr. Nicodemos sounded quite excited to help and very sympathetic to the situations we expressed to them that we had experienced with these particular accounts. Amazing Web Design Services hired Carson Rose & Associates to represent our company and to attempt collection on these accounts. Several emails were sent between AWDS and Carson Rose & Associates among a few phone calls as well. Doug Nicodemos promised to contact us at the end of the week with updates, however he failed to do so. On October 9, 2009, AWDS received a invoice from Carson Rose & Associates for almost $500.00. Believing that they may have collected on one of the accounts, we contacted them. We also received and sent several emails to this company requesting for them to Cease & Desist in contacting our company and harassing us on our websites. They have failed to honor that request and in fact we were advised to file a police report. We spoke with Officer Seacrest, who was VERY cooperative and helpful. Taking her advice, a police report was filed. This company made threats to us that if we filed any complaints against their company regarding the lack of service we received, they would retaliate and post hateful and derogatory remarks about us.
We tried explaining to them that would not be recommended as this company can not provide a true statement about our company or it’s products or services. They were informed that since they never employed the services of AWDS, they did not have the “right” as a “consumer” to post a review or complaint about our company. They were also informed of the very strict confidentiality agreement they have with our company. Unfortunately, Carson Rose & Associates staff and more importantly, Brandon Douglas Bradshaw, went onto forums and ripoffreport making false allegations against AWDS, it’s owner and so forth. While we have offered and requested a response to the evidence we have provided contradicting the statements made in both Pissed Consumer and Rip Off Report, the company has failed to respond. We are sure they are seeing how much trouble they have caused for themselves because they were not aware that we would have all of the documentation that we do in fact have. Therefore, it is pretty hard to rebuttal something you were shown contradicts everything you claimed.
Brandon Douglas Bradshaw made allegations that owner, Chris Scott “Hacked” his my space account, stealing pictures of his family and then threatened him in a recorded conversation on 10-12-09 that she would post pictures of his family on our website and was attempting to extort money from him. We took a screen shot of the my space pace in question of hacking. You can see the same images and information is still there the day and time this report is being submitted! We have provided the full copy of the conversation held on 10-12-09 in which this was never said and you can hear how cooperative he was (faking) . You will see that we have gathered a lot of evidence against Mr. Bradshaw and this company. We also uncovered public records showing Mr. Bradshaw’s criminal past. (He was arrested less than a year ago for drug possession!) However to this date, we have not been able to uncover a DBA for Carson Rose & Associates, located in either Dallas County or Denton County Texas.
While it is our goal to provide this information to those who may come into contact with Carson Rose & Associates, we want you to understand we can not make any nasty comments about Mr. Bradshaw’s parenting skills. He did make comments which attacked the type of mother Chris Scott is, expressing sympathy for her children. I can vouch that I am a good mother and do not have any criminal drug charges against me. I am a law biding citizen who does sleep good at night knowing I have made the best out of each day. I provide quality service for website design and work closely with other designers and have many satisfied clients who laugh at the accusations made against me and my company on these forums. Again, look at the website and judge for yourself. We are planning on taking full legal action against Brandon Douglas Bradshaw and Carson Rose & Associates and will update our report a copy of the judgment.
