cashnet1 they call today march 14,2011 and said that I owed them for a payday loan that I got on the internet they would not give me any info. or dates on when I got the lone all they wanted was money they sai Internet

On March 14,2011 I got a phone call from cashnet1. They said that my dad had got a payday loan over the internet and he did not pay it back. I ask for info about when did he do this . I ask them for a date and they would not give it to me. They just keep saying that he owed the money and they wanted it today. I told them that he did not have that amount of money. And they said that they would put him im jail if he did not pay it.

At first they would not tell me there name or give me any info about who they were. Then he told me that he had sent dad a e-mail to tell him that he owed the money. I ask him what was the e-mail address that it would be comeing from so I could look in his e-mails to see if I could find it. And he could not tell me that. He put me on hold for about 15 min. And then came back and give me one I put it in and it said that the web. was unfound. And I could not fine any e-mails from them in dads e-mails. They call me back and told me that if we did not pay it that he would go to jail. I told them we will see.
