CBCS Collection Agency lied about my account information not being straight with me, cursing on the phone to me, ripoff Pitsburg Pennsylvania

I had a collection debt with at&t it was sent to cbcs. i made an agreement to settle for 378.96 i piad 100 and tried to pay the rest on a credit card. Then the card declined, so i gave my girlfriend 300 dollars and asked to use her card, she said no problem. i called cbcs with the info and it shopuld of went through but never did.

So last week i received a letter from oxford management services(oms) saying that i owe 657.96.So i called AT&T and asked them what had happened they said they sent the account to cbcs and they sent it to oms to take care of my debt. Then i started to get a weird feeling about the situation. So i got cbcs # from at&t and asked them what the deal was.

As i started to ask questions they started tranferring me to different people and saying that i never gave them any account info, then they said i did, then they told me that the bank wanted the money back 2 months later, becuase it was unathorized. So my girlfrind called the bank and the went back a full year and never found any transaction for that amount or a refund to the account for that amount.

So i called my other 2 banks and the same thing. So then i asked them to send the account info to look it over myself and they refused. So i called back to get their address and procceeded to keep hanging up on me. so i don't know but to me they messed up and are lying about it so i don't know what to do because my credit now is totally f---ed.
