This company refused to accept my payments for the face value of personal checks (5) that I wrote to Gas America (located in Wilmington, OH) that my bank (Woodforest National Bank) did not honor, unless I included $40.00 in their fees per check! In other words, they were more interested in their fees than their clients losses! In addition, they claimed they had not received my money orders mailed to them for the face value of the NSF/checks. They lied! Finally, they attempted to, without my permission, ACH/debit my checking account for $40.00 (for those fees again!) on no less than 8 occassions! This company is un-ethical and outrageous in its behavior!
