gc services worse company to deal with columbus, Ohio

I have been making payments to this company for a few months now and every month i have to call them and deal with the most unprofessional people i have ever spoken to.  One lady actually told me to be quiet while i was talking to her. I called this company yesterday to ask them if we could postpone my payments for 2 months cause i went into labor and had to have a c section and wouldnt be back to work for 2 months. I was willing to make up the payments that i missed but i needed to help so i could give birth without any worries of my account be drained without me knowing it. This company is very untrustworthy. Well the lady told me you being pregnant is not my problem, borrow money and pay us or all the payments you have made are going to be for nothing. She told me that they were going to keep my money and not put it to my loans and i would have my loans back in default and would have to start all over. What is wrong with these people, its not like i can keep my child in for another few months just to make payments. this company has the worse customer service and they do not care about anything other than the money. They are unprofessional people. They have already drained one of my bank accounts. They were suppose to take 155 but instead of just taking the 155 they took it and more and overdrew my account over 200 dollars. They have done nothing but create more debt for me and they are screwing my credit even more. I cant even afford the 155 but they told me pay it. i told them i only work part time for 7.90 an hour they told me its not our problem. not a pleasant company to deal with.
