IM&R, Alicia Pate Fraudulent Collection Telemarketer posing as a "Legal Mediator" Mountlake, Washington

Beware of a SCAM collections agency calling itself I M&R - This place attempts to scare people and collect on old debts many of which are no longer valid. 

A young, snide girl named Alicia Pate, who sounds like she's 20, or younger will try (too hard IMO and fails miserably) to sound intelligent and professional and consistently ends up fraudulently misrepresenting herself. 

KEEP any voice mails this girl leaves you as she will attempt to make it sound as if she has access to "assets", or "valuable possessions" of yours. She will then leave you an 855 # to call back with an extension and a case #. 

If you call back you can hear a telemarketing room that has 3-5 people in it and many times extensions that are supposed to be "designated" to someone are picked up by other unprofessional-sounding people.

Alicia Pate and others there will threaten you with "Litigation" if you don't take care of your past debts and Alicia will claim that she has the "Legal Authority" to ask any personal questions that she wants because she is a Legal Mediator. 

What she really is - is ignorant, immature and irresponsible. Listen to the date(s) she gives you for a past debt. She isn't even smart enough to realize that the date she is giving you is the date that the collection was closed by a previous company.

All I know is people like Alicia Pate give a bad name to other ethical, hard-working people in Washington state who refuse to work for companies like I M&R.
