This soon to be (possibly) convicted felon violated TX State Securities Act Sections 7 and 12 and engaged in fraud, as is his history. Possible incarceration of this ethically-challenged individual is imminent, regardless of monthly postponements of hearings (due to guilt determined during issuance of cease and desist orders from TX Securities Board in connection with attempted defrauding of investors.).
