In April 2006 we were contacted via phone Soliitation by Joseph, Steven & Associates for colection services. We gave them our money somewhere around $700 for legal expenses in 2006 and there is still zero action. When we call to recive information we are treated to long waits on hold and when not on hold they play games like misleading infomation and transfering our calls to different people.

I would be happy to work with a group to file a class action law suite against these people if it would do any good. This company may be located in California but had done its evil on our company in Minnesota. We have several phone numbers and adresses for this company and documents with our cases. I hope others like our case will all come together to take action aginst this evil company.

They helped me. Investigator Greg Askay ( contact info is in other rebuttals for this same collection agency complaints.) They have a long list of people burnt by this company. You may find the group you need thru them. Good Luck.
