I recently received a summons from The Law Offices of Cohen & Thomas represent Midland Funding. I have no clue who they are and try to collect a debt which is not mine, I called them and requesting a credit application which when/where I first obtained this account. They could not provide me with any info. but asking me for a half of the settlement of what I owed which is $1400 or else I will be serve the judgement of full amount. Seems like there are lots of cases similar to mine, I wondering if anyone knows the answer to this situation can help me out...
