Out of the blue I received a letter from a
NYC Marshall to Garnish My Pay for this
company midland funding llc dba. I once
had a credit card with Washington mutual
and they failed I had a low interest rate and
chase took over and tripled my interest for
no reason, I was never late with
Washington mutual and chase would not
give me any reason for the hike, we could
not come to an agreement I owed about
$3000 dollars or less and I never refused to
pay the money but I wanted fairness that I
never got. I'm not a deadbeat I pay my bills
but I was being robbed. Chase wanted
$2500 up front immediately I could not do
this I live paycheck to paycheck like most so
it went to collections and several
companies bought and sold this account
now out of the blue this company midland
funding llc dba is going to garnish my
paycheck through the NYC Marshall Gregg
E. Bienstock 36-35 bell blvd Bayside ny
11361 718-279 3774 my docket num is-
S75416. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A
SUMMONS OR NOTIFICATION that this was
to occur only from the city marshal I also
have seen that this Company is under
investigation for FRAUD !!!! and this is
illegal and a FELONY EXTORTION !!!
the letter came from the city marshal June
1, 2011
now they want $5,543
