A lady name Christina **** called and left a message to my sister in laws house regarding my wife that she claimed that owed to money to a Magazine Subscription Service amounting to $700 plus. We don't even live in that house. Out of shame because they keep calling my sister in laws house, I called back the number she left which is 1-888-243-6569 and get all the information. She claimed that they file a case against my wife if I do not settle the amount.

As a good gesture, I told her to call me sometime so we can start discussing the method of payment as I am short of money. I did pay the two of the three installments. She called again last September 20 and forcing me to pay the rest of the amount which $150 plus. I told her that I have no work today which means "No work No Pay". I totally told her that I am flat broke. I am willing to pay next week and she said that it's up to the court whether they will pursue their case against me. I told her don't take anything in my account as I am really broke. She was still forcing me to pay.

My final word to her, I don't have the money now and if you want to pursue your case against me, so be it. And I was surprised to see my account that they were able to take $150 plus. I even called my bank on the same day informing them that a company named NARS of Buffalo NY might take a money from my account. My bank said that they have no control about it since I give my Debit Card number to NARS.
