Overton, Russell, Doerr & Donovan Charges $100 bill and wont remove it. Clifton Park, New York

Well I must say these people really have some guts...
Ok, well about 6 1/2 years ago, I aparently to my son to a seton health urgent care in clifton park because of an ear infection. I must have forgot about the bill, maybe because I never got any paperwork for it sent to me. Well, I never used my credit at all. Now this year I pulled my credit and saw something listed "Overton Russell Doerr & Donovan", for $100!! The only negative thing on my report, and it was only reported to experian and transunion. Well needless to say, they told me that even if I paid them off they would only report it as a $0 balance. The lady at experian told me that they could remove it. So I call them back, and I told them what that lady said, and they now said to me "Oh, its our policy". Well, my experian and transunion scores are now 578 and my equifax, which they didn't report to is 662. After disputing it for months, I was able to have transunion remove it, but experian still wont remove it. So $100 ruins my credit.

Oh, and the lady on the phone at ORD&D told me if I didn't give them my current address that she would hang the phone up on me. They are a bunch of Smart-A$$es.
And its going to get removed in august any way, because that's when the 7 years is up!
