Pallisades Collection Agency - RCS Center Corporation filed court papers for two account from same company ripoff Brookfield Wisconsin

i recently tried to refinance my home and on my credit report there showed two liens against my home. after reserching this i found it was from pallisades collection agency for two ATT wireless accounts one from 1977 the other from 2002.

i called the attornys concerned and tried to explain to them that i had one account with att in 1977 but the other account was not mine. but the lawyers could not do anything.

when i asked them for more information they could not respond. i asked when the judgement was entered they said jan 2007 i never recived any correspondence from them about these court papers nor did i receive any paperrs from the courts.

At this time i am still trying to get this straightened out but it is verry frustrating.
