RJM Acquisitions Funding Fraudulently tried to collect a fictitious debt by offering to negotiate $20,000 down to $37.50 per month Syosset New York

RJM Acquisitions Funding sent a fraudulent collection bill of $20,642 supposedly from Bank of New York, of which I never had an account. They offered to accept a negotiated payment of $37.50 per month.

I used to have an account with Bank of New York about six years ago. This surprised me because I knew I didn't have any outstanding balance due. So I called their number, 800-225-9318 that was on the form letter. I got a recording of how to meet other single people that were looking for companionship, which was not a collection agency.

Then I Googled them and found hundreds of complaints about RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC in Syosset NY. They prey on the innocent and naieve by collecting small amounts from them and making them believe that they are getting a great deal by paying down a large debt.

Very clever criminals! But I hope they get caught.
