Let me just say these people are real JERKS.  I got a call from these nuts today for a bill from " CURVES" and yes signed up and never used the club , due to me losing my Job right after isigned up .  now these clowns 1st call my husband and then got no where with him 

they then called my Sisters house in another state, When i answered i asked how they got the number and informed them that after we have this conversation to never call this number again.  The Nut who was onthe phone proceeded to get nasty with me  and we had nothing but a screaming match  "I" Hung up .  Figuring I am a business woman, felt like i could call and have civilized conversation, " I " called back and some other rude person answered and then he proceeded to yell also , hung up on him too.  Ok i am a real foo because I called back and asked to speak to asupervisor,  this person and I started out ok  when I told him i was not working

he proceeds to tell me to ge the money from whomever, i told him I was in a shelter and he thought it was funny because he sure asked me to speak to my Counselor

and he hung up.  I have since wrote them a letter requseting they not contact me any way shape  form or fashion, this includes date, time and 1st written contact.

AS a consumer you have that right. 

on top of all that these fools have my name spelled wrong LOL!!!
