Superior Asset Management Called me for at least a year straight! Clearwater, Florida

Superior Asset Management started calling me about a year ago at least once/day with a recorded message saying they were looking for someone by a different name than mine in an effort to collect a debt. I never answered the phone because something didn't seem right about it and I had a feeling it might be some kind of scam.

I thought they would eventually just quit calling, but no such luck. When I finally looked up reviews on the company I found that many people are having the same problem, but if you call them back they are very rude and belligerent even if you try and tell them you don't owe anyone anything.
A few weeks ago I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida. For some reason they said they had to forward it to the Atlanta office, but anyway, since then they have left me alone.

Their name came up once on caller id a few days later, but they hung up when it went to the answering machine. Haven't heard another word from them. So I would encourage anyone having these types of problems to go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB. Worked like a charm for me.
