If anyone is out there that is suing this company, please file a rebuttal. The website advertises that there are no upfront fees. Lie. They take the first $475.00 out of our children's money. They state they can garnish wages. Lie. Not unless you have a court order. They state they can place liens on real property. Lie. Not in Florida. Their website promises all this but legally they can not deliver. When is someone going to sue the crap out of these vultures???

I sent in a request to cancel within the first three days of signing their contract. They say they never received it. At that time, I stayed with them and did not fight it because they said they could get me all my back child support. Lie.

I spoke with one attorney today and he would not take my case. If there is anyone out there who is reading this and knows of how to get out their contract, please let me know.

When you signed your agreement with Support Kids, you signed a limited Power of Attorney. That document allows Support Kids to act on your behalf. A Power of Attorney can be revoked at anytime for any reason. Search online for a sample Power of Attorney Revocation. Fill it out and have a notary sign it. Mail it to Support Kids via certified mail and request a return receipt. This will prove they received it. Also, send the original to the Travis County Court for recording. You will have to pay a $20.00 recording fee, but hey, it's worth it. Also, file with your state for child support. It's free and they eventually will find the deadbeat dad or mom. I hope this will help but I can't guarantee it. It is a step to get these vultures away from the support you and your child deserves!
